The Extreme Health eBook Series!

EXTREME HEALTH: The Recipe Companion Guide









I am in the process of creating a new ebook series called Extreme Health! In contrast to my first eBook, 10 Ridiculously Easy Steps to Permanent Weight Loss, this book series is more broadly based on general health, disease prevention, and maximization of physical, mental, spiritual health.
It has 20 steps this time, and will unlock your true health potential! Inside, it contains a combination of juices, smoothies, herbal tonics, and a few bonus items. There are about 20 recipes in total, it is by all means not an exhaustive guide. It is however, a way to get you started in the kitchen, where you can become your own master in the kitchen to provide healthy recipes for yourself, family, and friends. The detailed explanations of why these specific ingredients are important will be covered in the main text which will be released in the near future, EXTREME HEALTH: Vibrant and Dynamic in 20 Steps! Keeps your eyes open for that one!

Also keep your eyes out for the new video podcast series which will start in January 2015! These videos will be hosted on my youtube channel and posted here!
